DOVER — Sugar Factory American Brasserie is bringing its high-energy atmosphere to Dover Downs Hotel & Casino.
Of the sugar factory restaurants and this was the absolute WORST one I have been to. No candy for sale. Service was terrible. They don’t even seat you in the restaurant so You get to smell the smoky casino the entire visit. #SugarFactory is heading to @doverdowns Hotel & Casino located in Dover, Delaware on January 28th, 2021
